Shawn Warren-Willcox is our Hospital Operations Manager and CQC Registered Manager, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence working collaboratively with the wider team. 

Having led teams across various healthcare settings, including private hospitals, clinics and other primary care providers, Shawn is dedicated to maintaining best practices in clinical governance, patient safety, and service quality. Their leadership extends to staff training, compliance, audits, and strategic service development, ensuring that both NHS and private patients receive exemplary care and improving access to an ever-growing range of specialties.

Passionate about continuous improvement, Shawn works closely with consultants, clinicians, and administrative teams to enhance patient experience, streamline operations and implement innovative healthcare solutions. Their commitment to regulatory excellence and outstanding service supports the wider team ensuring that North Bristol Private Hospital remains a trusted provider of surgery.

Shawn is also a is a qualified Dispensing Optician (FBDO) with extensive experience in paediatric eyecare and Low Vision, remaining on the General Optical Council register. In addition to a successful career in optics, Shawn served as the General Manager and CQC Registered Manager for a multi-site consultant-led private clinic specialising in plastic surgery and dermatology. In this role, Shawn played a pivotal role in launching and expanding the business, overseeing regulatory compliance, patient safety, and clinical excellence.
