Day patients and outpatients can easily stay in any of these hotels and return to the hospital the following morning for their wound check.

By Road

We have plenty of dedicated free parking to make visiting us by car easy and stress-free. We are easily accessed via the M5 motorway. We are also close to the M4 junction, which allows easy travel from Wales and the Midlands.

By Rail

For patients travelling from further afield, we are conveniently located very near to Bristol Parkway train station. London to Bristol Parkway by train takes approximately 1hr 15 min and our hospital is only a 5 minutes’ drive away. Our driver service can collect patients from the station.

By Air

We are only a 30-minute drive from Bristol airport if you are considering flying. Our driver service can collect patients from the airport.

The whole process with Elena and the staff members at North Bristol private hospital has been incredible. From my initial consultations, to my procedure and hospital stay, and finally my post op check ups, I have been made to feel at complete ease throughout. The reception staff/administration team are friendly, welcoming, and prompt to respond to any queries. The nursing team go above and beyond to help you feel calm and comfortable, whilst maintaining an immense level of care. Finally Elena, who listens to your expectations/concerns, and provides you with a realistic, concise idea of what would yield the best final outcome. Its clear how well respected and admired Elena is with her team. Her professionalism and attention to detail are second to none, which offers you a high level of assurance in the service she provides. I am currently 2 weeks post operation and ecstatic with the results so far.

I had a full abdominoplasty and brachioplasty done together last week at the North Bristol Private Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the care and treatment I received. It was a long operation and I had some concerns re this. I was listened to and reassured. Elena, anaesthetists, and all the theatre staff were so quietly confident and reassuring, it definitely rubbed off on me!
Everyone knew exactly what to do and they all got on with it! They were all so friendly and professional, I knew I could rely on them for excellent care.
The nurses on the ward are as friendly and professional too! I spent the long night after the op being nursed by Rose. What a wonderful lady she is-so kind, empathic, knowledgeable.
The admin ladies are all super friendly and helpful too.
The actual building is meticulously clean and very comfortable.
I'm just in the early stages of recovery but if my ongoing care and treatment is of the same quality then I know I'm totally in safe hands. Thank you all!

I had my surgery in April this year performed by Elena. All the facilities were state of the art from what I could see. I presented as a little bit of a challenge as this was a corrective surgery after a previous mastopexy performed by another surgeon which had left me with unsatisfactory results. Elena was recommended to me as she is renowned for her attention to fine detail and the care for her patients outcome. The staff at the hospital were really we’re top notch and they all impressed me with their expertise in their fields, and their genuinely caring manners. The Anesthetist took time to talk to me in-depth about any of my concerns and was able to reassure me. Thank you so much to Sam , who was there when I woke from the surgery to a very reassuring manner and care. Thank you to Anne, Rose and Zi, you were all amazing. From the minute to walking into the hospital to the minute I left , I found the whole experience made me feel very safe and secure.This is a Boutique hospital with a homely feel and the highest level of care.

This was my first surgical procedure so was unsure of what to expect, but felt reassured by the professional and composed approach Elena took during the consultation through to the surgery and aftercare. I felt listened to over my aesthetic goals and, while it's still early days in my recovery, I feel she achieved what I wanted and is undoubtedly extremely skilled. I've not had any complications but am sure the team would be very supportive if I had; they encourage open communication should patients have any worries.
It was a bit of a wait until I was seen on my surgery day, but I was warned this may happen if it was busy. Saying that, the staff were all very friendly and approachable, and my private room very comfortable, so I did not feel too tense. I very much appreciated the overnight stay and was well cared for. Rose my night nurse was so lovely, as is Lynn on reception who couldn't have made a better first impression. The hospital is very clean without feeling sterile, and is well designed with the patient in mind.
I am so pleased I took the plunge and would without a doubt recommend Elena and her expert skills to anyone wishing to have cosmetic surgery.

Would 1000% recommend Elena and all the team they are so AMAZING and so lovely, so thorough in everything that they do and do such an amazing job. So welcoming and nice from the lovely lady at reception who makes you so welcomed to Lynn who I spoke to multiple times with all my questions, Sam who looks after you and Elena who really does take the time to find out exactly what you are wanting to achieve. The hospital is beautiful and so clean. My surgery and stay was very comfortable and made so easy by the lovely staff and lady who looked after me all night. If I needed anyone they came so quick after ringing the bell and really was patient with me. I am one week post op and already so happy with the results. I travelled 3/4 hours for Elena and so glad I did. The only surgeon I have seen whose work is consistently good with uplifts. Thank you so much

Elena and her team have been incredible throughout my whole process of a life changing surgery. They have been so welcoming and attentive at every appointment.
The hospital itself is immaculate and it was a comfortable stay after my op. Rose who looked after me during the night, was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Elena is a highly talented surgeon and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and the confidence she has given me.

I want to express my gratitude to Elena Prousskaia and the entire team at North Bristol Private Hospital. I was very nervous as it was my first surgery, but I am so glad that it took place at North Bristol Private Hospital. The atmosphere in the hospital is very pleasant, and the staff is very caring. Throughout the entire process, I felt incredibly comfortable.

I would also like to thank you for the well-planned schedule of appointments, which was tailored to my convenience. Additionally, upon discharge, I was provided with everything I needed for my journey home. I truly appreciate your dedication to patient care.

Elena and her team have been fantastic from start to finish, I am so pleased I chose to come here.
My recent stay in hospital was very comfortable, all the staff were friendly, caring and so helpful.
My surgery date was changed from what was planned which initially was a little stressful. However the way it was handled was brilliant, every effort was made to find an alternative surgery date that suited me.
I am very pleased with my result so far and recovery has been smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Elena and the North Bristol Private Hospital.

I recently had a breast lift, arm lift and tummy tuck under Elena’s exceptional care following significant weight loss. Elena is an incredibly gifted surgeon - her attention to detail and pride in her work are unmatched. Her extensive experience was clear from the outset. She made me feel at ease, understood my concerns, discussed my options at length and advised how I could best achieve my desired look. The whole team at North Bristol Private Hospital is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very caring. The hospital itself is immaculate and I have been very well looked after every single step of the way. After a recommendation and years of waiting (due to personal circumstances) to be able to book my surgery, I’m currently two weeks post op. Firstly, I’d like to thank everyone who’s been involved in my journey. Elena you’re a highly skilled, fantastic surgeon, extremely professional with the ability to ensure I’ve felt at ease every step of the way. The results you have achieved with my abdominoplasty are more than I could have ever hoped for. I feel like a new woman, I’m just two weeks into my recovery and could not be happier with the results. I can’t thank you enough. Lynn - you were an absolute joy to communicate with, answering every query, nothing was ever to much for you, what an asset to the team you are! The nurses… during my stay, Sam, my recovery nurse made me feel in completely safe hands, and cared for me with the upmost care and compassion, thanks for the hugs and taking great care of me. Jo - what a lovely human you are, I felt so at ease in your company and really appreciated your time, chatting and keeping me comfortable during my stay. Rose - my night/day nurse…I can’t thank you enough for the care you provided me with after my op, nothing was too much, your care is was effortless, you made me feel so well cared for, I didn’t want to go home! Thank you for taking such pride in your work. Claire - anaesthetist, so professional and down to earth, your reassurance made me feel I was in the best hands possible, thanks for checking in on me the next morning, it was very much appreciated. Lastly, Tash, Justin and Lana, I don’t remember much of this part, but I believe i requested a fair few hugs when I woke up, thanks for dishing them out so freely. What angels you all are.
To finish, the hospital is beautiful, impeccably clean and, filled with such modern and accommodating equipment, I was blown away with the standards you’ve set. My room was very comfortable and peaceful, allowing a restful overnight stay. The menu options were tasty, coffee, cold drinks, you name it, I had it!
I’m so glad I made the decision to wait and book my surgery with you, it’s the best decision I could have made. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. What a dream team you are.
