The whole process with Elena and the staff members at North Bristol private hospital has been incredible. I had a full abdominoplasty and brachioplasty done together last week at the North Bristol Private Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the care and treatment I received. It was a long operation and I had some concerns re this. I was listened to and reassured. Elena, anaesthetists, and all the theatre staff were so quietly confident and reassuring, it definitely rubbed off on me!

I had my surgery in April this year performed by Elena. All the facilities were state of the art from what I could see. I presented as a little bit of a challenge as this was a corrective surgery after a previous mastopexy performed by another surgeon which had left me with unsatisfactory results. Elena was recommended to me as she is renowned for her attention to fine detail and the care for her patients outcome. The staff at the hospital were really we’re top notch and they all impressed me with their expertise in their fields, and their genuinely caring manners. The Anesthetist took time to talk to me in-depth about any of my concerns and was able to reassure me. Thank you so much to Sam , who was there when I woke from the surgery to a very reassuring manner and care. Thank you to Anne, Rose and Zi, you were all amazing. From the minute to walking into the hospital to the minute I left , I found the whole experience made me feel very safe and secure.This is a Boutique hospital with a homely feel and the highest level of care.
This was my first surgical procedure so was unsure of what to expect, but felt reassured by the professional and composed approach Elena took during the consultation through to the surgery and aftercare. I felt listened to over my aesthetic goals and, while it's still early days in my recovery, I feel she achieved what I wanted and is undoubtedly extremely skilled. I've not had any complications but am sure the team would be very supportive if I had; they encourage open communication should patients have any worries.

Would 1000% recommend Elena and all the team they are so AMAZING and so lovely, so thorough in everything that they do and do such an amazing job. So welcoming and nice from the lovely lady at reception who makes you so welcomed to Lynn who I spoke to multiple times with all my questions, Sam who looks after you and Elena who really does take the time to find out exactly what you are wanting to achieve. The hospital is beautiful and so clean. My surgery and stay was very comfortable and made so easy by the lovely staff and lady who looked after me all night. If I needed anyone they came so quick after ringing the bell and really was patient with me. I am one week post op and already so happy with the results.
